🛡️ Greenwich Insurance Company is a Delaware-domiciled stock property and casualty insurer regulated by the Delaware Department of Insurance under NAIC #22322 and Certificate of Authority No. 16.019, with its home office at 1209 Orange Street in Wilmington.[1] Originally incorporated in California on 18 February 1946 as Harbor Insurance Company, it was purchased by XL Reinsurance America Inc. in 1990, adopted its current name in 1991, and re-domiciled to Delaware effective 24 December 2002.
