🛡️ Agrupacio AMCI d'Assegurances i Reassegurances, S.A. is a Spanish Solvency II insurance company ( Sociedad Anónima) headquartered at Carretera de Rubí 72-74 (Edificio Horizon) in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, and supervised by the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones under administrative key C-0790.[1] Constituted on 18 April 2012 under the initial name "Serenidad de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A." and renamed shortly thereafter, it is majority-owned (approximately 97.72–97.93%) by AXA Seguros Generales, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, with AXA S.A. (France) as ultimate parent.[2] In its 2024 SFCR, the entity reports premium volume of EUR 174.053 million, a net loss after tax of EUR 1.562 million — attributed to active asset portfolio management in a rising-rate environment and updated mortality tables — Solvency II total assets of EUR 609.463 million, eligible own funds of EUR 257.497 million, and an SCR coverage ratio of 378.59%.[1] The 2024 SFCR also documents AXA's July 2023 acquisition of the former GACM Spain sub-group and subsequent internal restructuring. In November 2025, a ministerial order published in the Boletín Oficial del Estado authorised the total transfer of its life line portfolio to AXA Aurora Vida and revoked its authorisation in the life line, strategically reshaping its business perimeter while it remains an active insurer for remaining lines.[3]
