For the year ended 31 December 2024, the entity reported total assets of approximately HK$5,199 million, shareholders' equity of HK$1,170 million, and a net profit of HK$17.5 million.[3] The company was formerly known as Winterthur Life (Hong Kong) Limited until a name change effective 27 June 2007.[4] In December 2017 AXA announced the sale of the Swiss Privilege franchise to Jeneration Holdings Limited, but that transaction was terminated on 22 March 2019.[2]
