(effective 1 April 2022) and Charter Ping-an Insurance Corporation (effective 28 December 2022).[1] Its shareholder structure reflects a joint-venture arrangement involving AXA ASIA (45%), First Metro Investment Corporation (28.18%), and GT Capital Holdings, Inc.
