Usage: [c. 20; p. 3] — chunk/page provenance marker on a summary page (doc_archive summary contract). Renders a left-aligned mono "[c. 20; p. 3]" alone on its line above the chunk heading, where p. 3 links the Document: transcript's page anchor. The primary marker (no cont) sets an id="<doc>-c<N>" anchor so the section is deep-linkable; [c. 20; p. 4] is a provenance-only CONTINUATION marker (a chunk spanning several pages gets one per further page — no anchor, no new id). Emitted by tools/doc_archive/summary/render.py. Styling in MediaWiki:Common.css (.ed-chunk).
