Usage: {{fn note|1=4|2=note text}} — an Original-transcript footnote DEFINITION,
one line per note, emitted as a contiguous run where the document printed its
footnote block. This run is the AUTHORITATIVE note text: the deriver
(tools/doc_archive/output/original_derive.py) reconstructs the Original .md's
<footnotes><fn id="4">…</fn></footnotes> block from these lines, and {{fn ref}}
tooltips are regenerated from them on republish. Correct note text HERE.
